About Adjust Hearing

Adjust Hearing was founded by Adam Chell during the Covid-19 pandemic to revolutionise the hearing aid industry by offering a fully remote online hearing care service. The aim was to offer the highest possible standard of care online with the technology availble.

Launching in June 2020, Adjust Hearing were the first online only provider to offer video otoscopy and accurate hearing testing using our state of the art home hearing test. We have deeply integrated tools and resources to ensure you are fully prepared and informed every step of your hearing journey.

Adjust Hearing is dedicated to helping you access expert audiological care from anywhere at any time. We use live transcription on our video conferencing so you won’t miss a word of what is said.

We offer unbundled packages for our hearing aids making premium hearing aid technology more accessible than ever. By only paying for the appointments you need rather than a set package, you are in complete control of your hearing care.
