what do i get?

Patient management system
You get to use our patient management system with your own dedicated private calendar. Your client data will remain restricted to your calendar and will not be accessible by any other standard users. If you have your own branding and clinic, you can embed this on your website and use it for your own clients as well. The calendar is customisable and is not branded to Adjust Hearing. We can add in bespoke appointment types if you have a physical clinic and it uses a generic URL so it will blend in with your existing branding. The calendar features a simple to use app for both iPhone and Android and is also cloud based. It has powerful features such as automated text and email reminders for appointments, online payments, customisable intake questionnaires, appointment history and a section for accurate medical record keeping. You can also benefit from our premade journal templates that are in line with BSHAA guidelines.

Google Suite
You will be issued a google suite account with your own adjusthearing.com email address so you can host meetings. Google Meets is GDPR and HIPAA compliant and you get access to all of the features including live transcription. Google suites also comes with cloud storage, email and other office processing apps that you may find useful to run your business.

Business Support & Training
You will receive full training on using our teleaudiology solution before booking you in with clients. At an additional cost, we can also provide business support for your own business such as branding, website development, and integrating your calendar in to your existing site. Ask us for details on this.

30 days notice is required to cancel your account. You pay one month in advance and will be required to set up a standing order.
Clinician listing on the website is optional
If you like the sound of what we are offering but do not wish to be listed on our website as a clinician for teleaudiology this is also an option. You will still get the benefits of the patient management system, google suite account and business support. The price remains the same at £40 per month.
